The NOMA BEARING Corp. facility in Gardena, California, ensures we deliver a world class quality bearing product. This facility allows us to provide our customers maximum flexibility in their selection of the exact end-variant bearing configuration required with essentially off-the-shelf product availability.
Our Japanese bearings are imported from the factory without grease, seals or markings. Upon arrival at our Gardena facility each bearing is washed in automated machinery, noise tested, grease lubricated, capped with rubber seals or metal shields, and then laser marked for identification, all per customer specifications. Finally, the bearings are thoroughly tested for dimensional conformance, noise and vibration, and internal radial clearance using the latest test equipment and SQC procedures per the Noma Bearing Corp. ISO 9001:2015 registered quality management systems.
